Triple Chocolate Layer Cheesecake Recipe

01 Jun

A chocolate crust forms the bottom layer, with a semi-sweet chocolate middle layer and a white chocolate top layer.

Firstly make a chocolate crust.

For the ingredients we need:

  • 32 oz of Cream Cheese at room temperature.
  • 2 Tablespoons of All Purpose flour
  • 1 cup of granulated white sugar
  • 1 and a half table spoons of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature – put them into a bowl and leave them next to the cream cheese.
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Squares of BAKERS semi-sweet baking chocolate which has been slightly melted
  • 3 Squares of BAKERS white baking chocolate which has been slightly melted

In a large bowl place the cream cheese, flour and salt and mix gently until smooth and fluffy for 5 minutes – ensure there’s no lumps.

Now add the sugar and continue mixing for another minute.

Add the vanilla extract and mix for another minute.

Now add one egg  into the mix ensuring that it’s blended before adding the next egg.

Now scoop 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture into a bowl and mix with the slightly melted chocolate to form a chocolate batter, which is used to create the middle layer.

Now mix the white chocolate into the remaining bowl of cream cheese mixture.

Pour the semi-sweet cup of chocolate mixture on top of the chocolate crust, then top with the white chocolate mixture.

Bake the cheesecake using whichever method you find best.
