Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Recipe

The crust should be made of chocolate chip cookies, so crush enough cookies to fill 2 cups then form the crust as mentioned before.

For the ingredients we need:

  • 32 oz of Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons of All Purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of granulated brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature – put them into a bowl and leave them next to the cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies for mixture
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies for topping

In a large bowl place the cream cheese, and salt and mix gently until smooth and fluffy for 5 minutes – ensure there’s no lumps.

Now add the sugar and continue mixing for another minute.

Add the vanilla extract and mix for another minute.

Now add one egg  into the mix ensuring that it’s blended before adding the next egg.

Blend in the 1/2 cup of crushed chocolate chips cookies

Pour the mixture into your chocolate chip cookie crust

Sprinkle the top of the cheesecake with the other 1/2 cup of crushed chocolate chips cookies.

Bake the cheesecake using whichever method you find best.
