Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Firstly make a chocolate crust.

For the ingredients we need:

  • 32 oz of Cream Cheese at room temperature.
  • 2 Tablespoons of All Purpose flour
  • 1 cup of granulated brown sugar
  • 1 table spoon of vanilla extract.
  • 4 large eggs at room temperature – put them into a bowl and leave them next to the cream cheese.
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Squares of BAKERS semi-sweet chocolate which has been slightly melted

In a large bowl place the cream cheese, flour and salt and mix gently until smooth and fluffy for 5 minutes – ensure there’s no lumps.

Now add the sugar and continue mixing for another minute.

Add the vanilla extract and mix for another minute.

Now add one egg  into the mix ensuring that it’s blended before adding the next egg.

Scoop the melted chocolate into the mixture and blend.

Pour mixture into the crust and bake in the oven.

 

Baking your Cheesecake

Firstly, set your oven to 300 Deg F and place the cheesecake in the middle of it.

There are then three options for baking your cheesecake:

  1. Leave the cheesecake in the oven for exactly one hour then remove it and place it into the fridge
  2. Leave the cheesecake in the oven for 30 mins, then turn the oven off and remove the cheesecake after a further 30 mins.
  3. Leave the cheesecake in the oven for 30 mins, then turn the oven off and leave it there over night.
